    I am selling this website with the domain and a 1 years hosting.

    It had good visitors few months ago when I was promoting it, then I put the website offline to change the design and its been offline for a while. I made the new design and decided to sell it because I have other important commitments.

    I have placed the necessary adsense advertisement, the new owner can change these or add more.

    Hosting Info:

    The hosting includes 1GB Disk Space and 25GB monthly bandwidth. I have already paid for a year which already cost me $120. I can give the details to the new owner.

    I hate to tell you this (I am not trying to bust up your auction) but your designer lied.

    templatemonster dot com - template 9889 but it cost $72 there so worth it from that angle still.

    I will even replace the guys bid of $40 since he said only unique and I kinda busted the bubble here.

    yes i checked it, theres no harm in posting it everyone is trying to be on the safe side. although that site is full flash. sorry for giving the wrong info, anyone who has bid until this point can cancel their bid by PMing me.

    The bids from the past shouldn't matter as there is a new high bid. Although it's really worth it as the template is pretty expensive.
    If it had any traffic or revenue, I would make a new bid.
