Hi I just wanted to let you know that you should stay away from lunarpages.com they won't give you a refund in spite of the fact that they promise to do so in 30 days.

If any of you knows how to help me get my money back and where can I file a fraud complaint about them it would be very appreciated.

What was your method of Payment?

If it was PayPal, file a dispute and provide proof of the 30 day money back guarantee.

Have you do something that violates their TOS?
Was your account suspended and then you request a refund?

Filing a paypal dispute does NEVER help inside this business or any other virtual item business! No matter what you say, then filing a dispute doesn't help!

Most likely your just increasing the dis-agreement between the client and host!

Thats true, PayPal does not support intangible items, but its a good way to put pressure on the seller, especially if they know they are in the wrong.

We do not have enough details to help fully, we need to know the reason for the money back request and whats been said etc...

You contact your credit card company and file a charge back.

You started the refund process and told them why you wanted to cancel all before the 30 days has expired. So you will get your refund. Their billing department is not 24/7 like their technical support. When was your last response to them?
