I just checked the FAQ/Rules, my post is perfectly fine. Let me just give a bit more information on the website I have in mind ... it is not a pure social networking site like myspace/fb, but it does have some aspect of social networking to it. Users would need to be given the ability to create "profiles" so to speak (more like a personal website within my website) and would need to be able to submit and store secure information to our website.
