How do I find out if google thinks other sites on my shared IP are a bad neighbourhoo

    Hi,

My site financialcharting.com used to get a few hundred visits a day from google. It was just for random stuff that I hadn't optimised for, such as tayabs restaurant in whitechapel or kylie in a wet t shirt (I had a blog post with her photo on it).

However, in the last couple of weeks, my google traffic has dropped to nothing. A colleague believes this may be because I'm sharing a server with a bad domain. How can I verify whether or not his hypothesis is correct?

    Cheers,

    fcmisc.

Google doesn't work that way, but if you don't believe me, move to a
    different server.

I just had a look at your site and it seems that you have about 16 broken links on your main page, I think I found 4 that work.
That will be a problem if bots can't navigate your site!
Ya might want to check that out

    Cheers

Yeah, it looks like you need to work on the code. I clicked on about 4 links and couldn't find one that worked so I gave up. I'd say that's a good reason for traffic to fall off...

Could it be broken links, lack of updates and randomness of the content links?

Buy a dedicated IP and wait till google recache your site once or twice and see if serp and traffic comes back.
