UPDATE : I sent him a PSD on 21st, was promised a 24 hour turnaround but I have nothing yet. Hasn't replied to my PM as well.
He doesn't even have 1 portfolio piece to show. If your budget was ~$50 there are a fair few others on the board you should have gone to, they have actually done projects before and you can see their portfolio, read what their clients have to say etc. I hope you didn't pay 100% upfront (btw, if you pay more than half upfront for WP they are going to scam you, you can rip HTML but you can't rip WP, coders know that)
Yeah, I paid 100% upfront since I considered him to be legit and thought that $50 wasn't a big amount. It's turning out to be a nightmare for me, already been scammed out of $220 this week

Thanks Kien, I have contacted Matt. Regarding the OP, he just refunded me $60 (+ $10 for my troubles), so I take everything back that I said about him being a scammer.
