    I need people to complete an offer that costs only $5. After you complete it, I pay you $13. The only requirement is that you have Paypal, and live in the United States.

    Several people have done this, but there really is no limit as to how many do it. So, who's interested?

    Also, this is completely legitimate, because the advertiser allows incentives for completing offers, so no one is being cheated.
