Posting Rates - Considered Bump or Not?

    The above applies when OP asks people to post in his thread.

    If the OP doesn't specify how he wants the rates, is posting rates in threads for services, signatures etc considered as bumping?

    The way I read it is, if you yourself where to post rates in a thread, then yes that would be bumping the OP's thread, unless you have a valid question that could benefit others, you should PM your rates regardless of what the OP has or hasn't said in a thread.

    Yes, it's bumping. It's the same as expressing your interest in the offer - just with more drawn out wording. Still bumping; still an infraction. PM your rates to them. Your rates should only be going up publicly if you've posted your own sales thread and want to share them there.
