It comes up in the search but I can't see it in the list myself. They were pretty quick to remove the listing :)

It was there 3-4 hrs ago. Good to see DMOZ can be "on the ball" sometimes.

I wonder if poor Robi knows his old blog is being used to make cash out of silly casino webmasters with too much money to burn.

Shall we take bets on when it'll be on sitepoint? I say week 3 of august.

Any bets on how long before we see someone peddling "PR6" gaming links in the Link Sales forum?

Its not a dropped domain - I had a different site on that domain (was PR2 at that time). The site got the PR6 after I made it a Bid Directory. Its also a PR6 for more then 15 months now.

It's also easy to see where the PR is coming from and how it was manipulated. ;)

I'm not as ignorant as you'd like to think. It's all just smoke and mirrors, eh?

@Creed: I see a healthy backlink profile for www.alltaste.com. I would love to understand how you can say it's forged. The domain was not used for a Bid directory earlier but it's been a bid directory for a year now.

    http://www.checkpagerank.net/index.php?name=http://www.alltaste.com/ says it's forged but http://www.digpagerank.com/index.php?url=www.alltaste.com&dc=18 says it's not :)

I would say that Smaaz has done a good job to get PR6 but would love to get your explanation (on the forum or in PM) (and Tufans' too) for calling it forged / fake PR.

Tufans said that I used a dropped domain - not that it is a fake pr.

If you slow down and read my post I think you'll see that I did not say it was forged, but rather that I'm aware of how he manipulated the PageRank through his own linking.

While there is no magic involved, I'm sure he's aware of the subtle reference.

If you take a moment and have a good look, you might see it as well. ;)

@Creed: I am assuming that the last message was for me :) Okay I agree that you and Tufan's didn't say that it was fake but both said it was dropped domain.

I see most backlinks for the new domains. I would call it manipulation 'IF' most backlinks were for original domain / content.

You can stop giving subtle references can talk straight so that this discuss can benefit others :) Aren't most people building one way links to manipulate PR (or SERPs)?
