I am banned. Three years later, Now what ?

    Ok,

three years ago I got ban from Adsense. Little did I know, I was clicking on my ads, once or twice a day, but one of my friend without me knowing, was clicking on my ads also almost 10 times a day, thinking he was doing me some good and revenue. Anyhow I got ban.

I have written to adsense, to try to excuse myself, get unban, without success.

Now, I do have some websites that I own, that are getting good traffic. I would really like to get back on the adsense wagon to generate some revenue. However im not sure how to approach this.

I have a steady girlfriend, which could open an account for me, but I beleieve this is not allowed, and I dont want to have the trouble, of asking her to give me the chheck each month, or write me a check for the direct deposit she as received.

Also, with a girlfriend opening an account for me, comes the problems of income taxes. If she opens an account under her name, she will have to declare the revenue, cause I beleieve I cannot declare them on my income tax report.

Another solution was to open a corporation and apply for adsense. However, im not sure this would be a wise decision, since a corporation as annual fee, and expenses related to book keeping, extra bank fee's for a business account, and whatnot. I would have to generate enough revenu in adsense to justify having a corporation.

    Any idea ?

my advice start your own adsense and recruit publishers and get advertisers..

try check marketing.3fn.net or other smaller networks.. they are sustaining well making profit out of advertiser and publisher

the first idea looks ok until you not planning to break up with her :D

by the way your address is banned...NOT your name...

I think that is what happens in adsense...right??

Well I hope they only ban your address but then if you move you can still use Adsense. If you make thousands from Adsense that can be a good idea...

Yes adsense is good, but there are also many other networks out there too.
Have you tried experimenting with CPA/ lead based ads?

ok I have an idea for you .
register for an u.s adsense account .
and give them the adress of one of your friend for getting the activation code .
now you can take your money , you need only an u.s bank acccount for non resident , it's easy to get one .

I got banned 6 or 7 years ago and they still reject my application. Your personal name, address, email and IP is logged so try asking your relative to help you out or register a company in US. There is no way they will ever unban you. I know this for sure so stop wasting your time trying to get around it. Either do this under someone else's name or try starting a company. Good luck!

Everything is banned, I believe, including the URLs, unless there's a change of ownership.

The GF is your best bet apparently, but only with an agreement in writing.

Once you start cashing in, it could be worth starting a company.

Change ownership of the domains first of all. Change IP, pc everything.

forget about adsense, you made the mistake of abusing the system unfortunately and now you have to live with that

use some other companies instead of adsense

it is not worth the risk of putting all your effort into trying to get around the ban and then if you have a good site they might find out and ban you again and keep all the money

just sign up for another ad program instead

That sucks, Google is so stupid, this is why I hate them, this is big business, you dont fire someone without talking to them...Google should talk to you before banning you, sheesh.

Things like this scare me, because I just recently reached $100 in my AdSense account!

The ban is forever, though I had read someone similar to your situation, after a few years he wrote to Adsense to be unbanned and succeeded. Though such cases are rare, you may want to try it.

I got banned. I sent them a letter admitting fault, and took full responsibility.

I tried applying three and a half years later, and I got in.

I am using a different website than I was before, so I don't know how that factors in? I won't ever truly know why I got unbanned, but I'll never try to defraud google again, that's for sure.

Also, Yahoo Publisher is a decent ad program to get into. That's what I used during my three year haitus

You can start a Sole Proprietor business which doesn't cost anything and only needs yearly income tax (if you make money).

    Peace,

Reapply from a diff address. Don't put ads on the site you were clicking ads on. Play fair. Should help you.

Being banned by Adsense means nothing. I was banned one time in the past and within 24 hours I had opened 3 new accounts. If you know what info is banned then it's very easy to get a new account or multiple accounts.
