Problem receiving CB Check

I live in AUS . It's been 15 days since CB sent out the check but I still haven't got it . Is there any like me ? Can you tell me how to ask CB to re-issue the check for me , should I call them ?

 

They dont send to the 30th. So Tommorow the checks from the 16th will be sent and then you should receive it in about 5 days if ur in aus

 

send them an e-mail about it and at the same time sign up for direct deposit
to prevent this from happening again

 

Just send them an email requesting for a re-issue. I've done that before and received the new check the next pay period.

 

The current pay period check hasn't been sent out yet.
