I don't think it's possible to resolve a fake account situation!, untill and unless you are the admin of paypal.

Anyways, paypal would close your account back if you try withdrawing funds through a reauthorised "fake account"

 

He says " Must be Indian" ... hmm.. I dont know whats up his sleeves, but whatever it is., it MUST be against rules of either the bank or paypal.

And I dont understand how he can achieve this?

indian because i have successfully done with indian account so many times now itss like bread and butter. about rules its nothing blackhat because i will assure u ur account will not close

if its fake also i can widhtraw from paypal which is one the loophole in pp
