Problem with a PP dispute

I accidentally sent some money for a product to a guy. But I didn't want the product and stuff so I opened a dispute.
I saw that the other guy was not a verified PP member and haven't yet answered the PP email. My question is what happens if the other party doesn't respond to the Paypal email ?

I think you have to escalate to a claim before 20 days is up and Paypal will review it and decide.

If the payment was funded by a creditcard you may also be able to do a chargeback from your creditcard issuer after Paypal dispute is closed (not both at the same time). Your cc issuer will request details of the dispute from Paypal who will inturn contact the seller. Based on the information obtained your cc issuer will take a decision whether to refund you the money.

I paid with both pp funds and cc funds. I will wait 20 days for this to resolve and then I will contact my cc provider.
    Thanks all !

If he paid as SERVICE, then PP will close the case immediately and he will not get the funds.
