I just made the website http://www.NurburgringLive.com . The website: Has little to no text content The main image which the site focuses around is updated every minute (because it's a webcam image) on a different web server (the one of the track) So I made a page displaying this image which refreshes itself every minute Therefore if the page refreshes itself I am screwed because then I will have false page impressions as I know some people leave this open for a few hours at a time... What should I do to make this a profitable website or is it impossible?
You need content. Also, the primary nurburgring website - http://www.nurburgring.org.uk run by Ben Lovejoy has the webcam image updated also. Rob
lol got just saw a smashed up vehicle on back of tow truck lol, Yeah you need some content few ads 2, then some serious traffic.
You could put the image in an iframe which makes the rest of it static. In terms of content, write some articles on the ring, just write and write lots. Just watch your bandwidth though, I know from personal experience how much bandwidth those petrolheads use viewing the ring webcam, we hit over 75Gb just from the webcam page one month.
