Try calling their contact number at the bottom of the page. They can usually tell if there is an issue.

i have had this happen a few times over the past few days, but i have always been able to get it to load either by trying repeatedly or just waiting and trying again later.

if u are still having trouble you may want to contact Client Support at 1-800-761-1072.

Everytime my session expires and I'm redirected to the login.. I'm now noticing a 'port' in the URL. With this port, I'll get a time out every time. Removing the port.. everything works again.

    For example:
    https://members.cj.com:10143/member/login

    Change that to:
    https://members.cj.com/member/login

And it'll work. They have something messed up on the session expiration or something. I don't there should be a port value in the URL

Yeah, CJ is apparently working on this. I talked to Client Services today & they told me exactly what you suggested as a workaround until they fix the issue. Whenever the login page times out, just go to https://members.cj.com/member/publisher/home.do or https://members.cj.com/member/login and you should see the members area.

    Quite annoying...

I can't login no matter which browser or which page I go to.

cj.com comes up fine but when I actually attempt top login it times out.

Guys, seriously : you should try Opera. With IE the site takes ages before I can login, no images load, and I thought the site was just a total mess. Then with Opera, it loads quickly, all images there, etc. For some wierd reason it just works amazingly with that browser compared to IE and FF.

It's not a Firefox/Opera/IE issue. I've received the same errors on all 3. CJ has confirmed that it's a backend issue on their side. After the login page times out, just go to https://members.cj.com/member/publisher/home.do and that should work for you.

I called CJ up today. Of course they told me that they were aware of the problem and are working on it. They told me that they have gotten a lot of calls from publishers.

If they would only send an email too their publishers explaining about the problem they could save themselves a lot of phone calls and avoid having a lot of publishers getting concerned.

    Exactly my thought.

I managed to login yesterday once, but today I can't again.

The rep told me that the problem was intermittent. So it works one moment, but not the next. I was assured that all tracking is still working and no commissions will be lost.

I was able to login once today and I did see some commissions that were credited to me over the past few days.
