Redesigned Site, much better but now question

    Hello All,

Back again, I relaunched the site 8 days ago and the results are alot different. Within those 8 days my traffic has gone much better, 770 new members joined, a top ranking gaming site interviewed me (will be coming out next month) so that should also help traffic.

My issue isnt traffic therefore. The site has no SEO whatsoever yet, but its had some 140,000 impressions since the re-launch. I know adsense isnt going to be my main revenue but I would like comments on my ad placing and any advice from experts here please...

    Thank you in advance..

Really nice site, but I'm having a lot of trouble getting it to load. How much BW are you using per month?

You have a nice site but please check why it is upload too late . This maybe becuase you have added many images ion main page . You can increase you hosting space or take some ones help to upload it more faster .

You have placed one add in middle of your sidebar which is right ok but you can add in banner in top also near option navbar .

For me, it was fast in loading. You website is to clean. I can see only one Google ads. I would suggest[IMG]

Just little down your left window and put this, this will bring some good number of clicks.

Also with the ad unit you have on your site the users need to click through twice to get through to the ads and actually get paid.

Yes, but Link units are known to have a better CTR.

I think the top right 300x250 unit on individual pages has perfect placement. But you may want to consider moving the one on the front page above the fold.

And I agree with sunil_gupta20801s link units suggestion.

    Hi there,

We have a streaming problem because too many people are on the site. In 8 days we have had 1,300GB of media streamed or downloaded. This week (as the note on the front page says) we are sorting out the problem with an additional server.

We get a b/w of 3300GB per month. The server is a phenom quad core, 4GB, so it`s not even sweating on processing, its just that the provider capped our outgoing to 10mbps and didnt tell us...

THANK YOU for the positioning suggestions, and thank you for the site comments. It`s doing very well, but the ads and the streaming are killing us now. With the comments, hopefully I can rectify it all before the article comes out....:)

For coding purposes Linux, and we use a CMS that I re-programmed totally, so it`s pretty much unique....I had coded all of the google ads in myself.

Who is your hosting company and how much do they charge for that kind of BW? I might want to check them out.
    Thanks
