WTF is going on here?

    someone actually copied word for word my site and ad copy on google adwords? What is this guy thinking??

    U mean someone copied your whole site?

    and If yes then don't worry cause that site will gets copy content penalty from google and also report this to Google.

    There are basically two ways, if the amount of money is small, complain to his hosting provider and Google and have him removed.

    If the amount of money involved is large, send him a legal letter for damages and C&D.

    I must agree with both the posts above. Google will most likely penalise him for duplicate content and he will nost likely appear anywhere on the serps. But you can proceed with other ways to get it removed.

    Well i kinda rushed it a little, I sent him a "stop it" letter. and hopefully this does the trick. Next I will send it to google, then hosting company. It's on adwords so serps probably doesn't matter as much.

    Thanks Guys, I am pretty sure this is one of my competitors giving up on his methods to try my proven site. I hope I scare the shit out of him, and his ad sucks dirt.

    Thanks for the quick help. I'll follow up on those methods if the first one don't work.

    If your pages and content are indexed first Google will basically junk his site. However if you are not indexed then you run the risk of his content becoming the authority and you will get penalized.

    Stop it letters rarely work but I hope for you it does.

    Wisdomtool offered the most reasonable advice so far.

    he stopped 2 hours after the letter. It was really easy i think because he left his whois info out there. thanks for the help!
