I just saw at 1 website that "if you are using adsense code at video site (illegal content),you can get ban" I didnt hear something like this before,is it true? PS:I know lots of sites where they have adsense codes and video streaming!
If you start a video site, chances are you WILL be banned. Most video content contain copyrighted material and sometimes illegal material. Peace,
they do that by video scripts ..google may banned you..or not..if you run video serching scripts..google may not banned you..
I doubt you will get banned, Youtube is one of these sites, and there are thousands of others. I have a few, not been banned.
can anyone tell me will my site be banned? southpark123(dot)com It's a episode viewing site.... adsense is my only revenue on it...
A video site like youtube wont be banned, as long as you make an effort to delete videos against the TOS An TV show streaming site, it's like a 50/50 chance of you being banned.
Youtube is a video site and there are google ads in youtube You will not be banned IMO unless you include adult or copyright videos
Use Adbrite. Adsense will ban your account if reported, especially when we are talking about copyrights in the USA (South Park). Peace,
Google has to abide by their own TOS, otherwise they would lose quite a few lawsuits. If your going to forbid something to use your program and make money, while you are doing it on your own website? A good attorney would destroy Google for that.
They added that a while ago when everyone was streaming videos from yahoo illegally. If you own a media site that does things the correct way, meaning you host all the files and have copyrights on the files then you will have no problem.
No there's a massive difference, if you upload content to YouTube you automatically agree you have rights to upload it and you grant YouTube rights to display the works. From YouTube TOS: So you have not been granted permission to even display the content on your domain by the rights holder or YouTube let alone monetize the content. Actually even embedding the content on your domain isn't allowed: And more specifically pertaining to Adsense: So the "Google has to abide by their own TOS" line gets thrown right out the window, because they are due to a whole filing cabinet full of legal papers and usage rights.
