Hello, We are focusing on off-line marketing (phone calls, letters,...) But what is the best way to reach them online ? I have try Adwords but this don't work for us (Real estate agents don't look for any new products online).
I would get a freelancer to gather contact information of the real estate agents you wish to contact. Shouldnt cost more then $100 for a few hundred contact details.
I have two things...I have a mailing list of about 300-400 realtors, and i built the list myself. also, i have a site that offers a service geared to realtors. those are the two methods i've use.
The question would be...if real estate agents DON'T search for new products online, what DO they search for online? You might consider targeting banner, or some other form of CPM ads on the sites, forums, etc that your target market DOES visit. If you can't get them to come to you...go to where they already are!
In fact, They are not looking for my service or something related. Usualy, when they are online, it is the find new customers.
Real estate agents look online for sales and marketing tools, and continuing education. Try locating other vendors who sell those services or products to real estate agents, and find some which are complimentary to (not competing with) your service. Then see if you can JV with them or buy ads in their newsletters, ezines or on their sites.
You can look up some contacts from Activerain community forums. I have used it before. You don't get a single contact list, but it is worth contacting few prominent bloggers here who can influence Realtors about your service -KC
Active Rain is great for real estate connections, set up a profile there and get going. Agents use the internet a lot so you should be able to get their attention somewhere.
Here in California, you can go down to your local unemployment office and meet with as many real estate agents as you want.
