big number of proxies is a risk for Adsense i think ( just my opinion ) , you should have a new template, new description for all 1000 proxies

one?? nooooo...you need more than 1 server to sustain the loads of 1000 proxies.

Unless you buy .info this will this cost you like $8,000+ in domains. ;)
But I don't think .info domains are good. I've heard of some school etc, actually block .info domains. This apparently cuts down on the amount of proxies available, and there is probably is not any legit .info sites out there they'll miss any how. My honest opinion, i've been running web proxies for almost a year now and my best ones were always .com. The .info ones always died for some reason faster.

Not necessarily right with the domain.
You can still subscribe to domain club in godaddy to get bundle price.

Sorry but i think this is a bad idea, going for 1000 proxies there is NO way you will be able to get a large stable amount of traffic to each proxy site and keep the traffic coming in.

Why not go for 50 proxy sites and focus promoting and advertising them sites, so that they get a large amount of traffic which increases each month? It will cost far less and i am sure you will probably make a lot more in revenue after you have taken of yearly domain registration fees, and server fees.

    Just my opinion,

    Will.

How original can you get with the descriptions after its just dupe content? lol
Every single proxy has the same text on. "were the best!" "use us!" "we have SSsl!" etc.. I think I'm just going to make proxies and only put this in the description.

"just another web proxy, enjoy" :)

For the 1000 proxy guy, while one server could hold all of that (dont flame me if you dont think so, but theres some hardcore stuff out there!) i wouldnt even begin considering it unless i had 2 servers which could both handle the traffic alone so when one dies your not left with downtime.

Taking things further, i would realisticly be able to afford a few more and then i would do a sort of geo location style routing and send the traffic to local mirrors to give them the best speed.

    Good luck!

Let him try, he will start with 100 which is a nice amount. I have 70+ currently, but it's really hard to keep them advertised and rolling, because your domains get blocked anyway.

Spend some time on SEO, because once your domains are blocked by IT admins, getting traffic from advertisements in sales letters for example wouldn't work anymore.

Well, Adsense is the best earning option other then that i am also thinking of using good CPM networks (researching).

Yes, As i said, i'll first get up with 100 proxies on a dedicated server. After that i'll have an idea how to need to plans thing from there. 1000 is my target.

It is not only a .info domain name that gets banned a little bit fast, .com can also get banned but i am not thinking of using any domain for more then 2-3 months (if it survives till then). This way i can save a lot.

I am not going to start with 1000, this is my target. I'll get on with 100 proxies.

I do agree that 50 quality sites are better then 100 non-quality sites but i have a plan there, which is the main reason i am going for this big numbers.

Thanxxxx a lot for appreciation. I really need that right now.

As of the blocked domain, i'll redirect them to the new proxies.

It is a part of my plan to remove blocked ones and start new one. I know this will make the process a lot bigger and harder but one need to work up his/her ass to accomplish something.

What about "Sitehelper" instead of "Zelune" in your logo?

Why don't you use SSL to make your site hard to block?

Well guys, this is also something on my list
    The '1000proxies network'

I won't do it just 1000 in one time, but will make much time for it
    Months and not weeks ;)

Let us say, if you buy every 2 days a new domain, or in top times 2 domais in one day it will work

And also I am sure it is insane, but it isn't impossible ;)
And new templates... lol :) Make one, get a freecsstemplates design, script it in, and you have one ;)

But I ain't sure I will do it, I CAN do it

It's a hard work thingie but yeah

any one tried domain tasting with regards to proxys?

if you get 15days, thats more than enough time to get it blocked by websense etc.

could be an interesting way to save money unless all those rules changed recently

How did you get rid of the Hide Me form in proxified pages? I can't replace it with one like yours

hi guys, this is the first time I am visiting this thread. I need your help. I have a couple of zelune proxies, could you please tell me how to prevent leaching on them and secondly how to I restrict the file download size. I have a proxy that has suddenly from the past few days started to take up a bandwidth of about 4 to 7 GB per day. Initially it was just around 500 mb per day.

Well, I don't know exactly, it's possible for PHPProxy, but if you change, please change to glype
This proxy is using it: www.bashblocks.info and with many uniques it doesn't take much bandwidth ;)

Depending on your amount of users that amount of bandwidth may not be bad. If your site works with youtube or other video sites. keep in mind limiting the bandwidth on some sites will prevent users from using it. If you read through this thread the fixes for these issues have been talked about and fixes provided. The person who bought my signature links uses far more then that in bandwidth with his user count and the fact he lets people use youtube from his site.
