No that makes 2 servers, 1 dedicated in chicago and smaller VPS in Tampa, Florida. I'm using 2 different locations for new IP space, don't keep all your eggs in one basket now
Hey guys ! Can someone offer me super cheap proxy hosting ? I want to start out in the proxy biz but I don't want to pay $10 for a big proxy hosting account which I won't use . Oh and pm you suggestions or offers cuz I might not find this thread again
Get cheap proxy hosting from anywhere or DP and expect downtime for your proxies here and there. Many proxy hosts out there oversell their BW promising what they simply cannot deliver. Watch out for those fly-by hosts! I would recommend you spend about $10 a month to get a decent quality proxy host. Otherwise it's not worth your time getting into proxy biz. 1 day of downtime = more than 50% traffic lost..perhaps forever.
Yup he's right, it's worth taking a quality host instead of a cheap host that is down often. You really don't want to lose any traffic
Thanks for telling mate :' ) But yeah, quality hosting is a must I'm thinking now of paying 35$ a month for a good hosting company with shared hosting Later, when I earned enough, I will start a dedicated or VPS and more later my own servers I won a tier 2 listing on http://www.azproxies.com/ By the way
just wanted to share a news with DP member.. I am going for 1000 proxies network. I know it sounds insane but i am going for it. I am first going to start with 100 proxies as i had been reading and learning about proxies for more then 2 month. I think i will get the sites rolling with this "insane project" in next 2 months with first lot of 100 proxies. Presently registering easy to remember proxies domain names. I am researching for a good and reliable server as this is one of the most important thing but i hope that by the time i finish up domain name registrations i will have one.
