I think this design really has potential, at least all the bugs as the filler space. It just isn't compact enough.

Use this style of words but I would like to see a different design.

I have stated already that I will not be giving feedback on logos that I don't intend to buy. This is the last time I will be doing so.

I think yours looks like clip art with words underneath, the ant and the words just don't fit together.
