I have a site and it gets about 95% foreign traffic (not from US). So basically only foreign traffic clicks on my ads, does google care about this?
No I don't think so.. the ads that are displayed are Geo-Targeted. So here in Australia we get Australian ads served to us regardless of the websites country of origin. Cheers James
YES - ask any proxy owner that strives to get uk/us traffic - the clicks from china / iran other worldwide pay far lower than uk/us traffic - google reduces click rate based on worldwide location (imho) - the result is sometimes referred to as "smart pricing"
is any pricing difference between usa and other English speaking countries? I mean if any body experience better adsense payment in a certain country, like UK, Australia ?
No, DW.. it is not against the rules (that I know about anyway) Unless the traffic is paid traffic, or from black hat type techniques, spamming etc.. I get traffic from all over the place because I have translated my website into 4 other languages besides English. The only problem that may arise is that there might not be that many ads that can be targeted to the particular country your visitors are coming from. and you may end up displaying public service ads, or very low paying ads.
