Tonight on our way home Lori (GF) wanted to stop by Tim Horton’s and pick up a med ice cap. We order and drive through to the window, pay the guy and then start talking for a second while he makes the ice cap. He comes back to the window but was turned around talking to other staff and just reaches his hand out the window. My GF is looking at me since we are talking and as I say Lori to let her know he’s back at the window before I could even spit the words out he drops it right in her lap and there is ice cap all over her and the car. Keep in mind he’s looking away talking to another staff members as well and turns his head and Loris asks for napkins and he turns around and walks away for over 3 minutes without even saying a word! Another girl who was working comes over after 3 minutes and looks out the window and noticed what happened and is like OMG I'll get you some napkins so we could at least clean up some of the fucking mess and gets her another ice cap. We cleaned the seat, door and a bunch of other shit and the guy still has not come back to the window or outside to offer help clean the mess I finally say fuck it lets just go home and clean it there. Tomorrow we are stopping by to talk to the owner. How pissed would you be?
Personally, I wouldn't be upset. I might feel a little bit inconvenienced by the mess. As for complaining, I would only complain if it was something that I think would happen again and again to other people in the future. This seems like an isolated incident caused by a mistake on his part.
There is a reason why a guy got stuck in fastfood restaurant earning minimum wage by serving you food for the rest of his life. i always feel bad for them when they fail to take the simplest order..i just can't get angry at those retard
I would be pretty upset in this matter. You should talk to the manager to make sure it never happens again.
I had something similar happen to me at Dairy Queen. I got a Blizzard and they sliced the cup open at the bottom with the mixer. They handed it to me and the bottom just opened up and spilled down my door and on my leg and seat but the person at the window (who was looking directly at me when it happened) turned and shut the window and walked away. after at least 5 minutes a car behind me honked so i went and i leaned out and knocked on the window he came back and i asked of he could grab me a bunch of napkins to clean it and he said "what do you think i'm doing?" and I said "walking around with your thumb in your ass" as I pointed to the PILE of napkins next to the cash register! fortunately the manager was right there and came over and made the situation right by , giving us a refund and a bunch of coupons and offered (though i declined) to pay to have the spill cleaned at the carwash down the street. I'd say I got fairly pissed off during it but let it go once i talked to the manager.
LOL thats pretty effed up. I would be like WTF. The hell with waiting, I would stomp my way right inside and start bashing heads. Not literally, but I would be bitching.

They are paying to clean the car on monday. there is milk in the ice caps and its all in the carpet and stinks!
