[HELP]-SEO for static content website.

    I am making a static website not a keyword which has moderate search requests. Can i make it reach on first page of google for that keyword despite it being a static website? I know blogs are more favored but i wud like to kno if static websites can get higher rankings.

    and also i want to know-What offpage and onpage optimization should i do to get high rankings??

    Can you explain a little more what you mean by a static website? Do you mean a site with one page of content that will rarely change for example a site that sells a particular product? This will help with the reply
