Where Can I Get A Script Like Blogged?

    Where can I get a script like the one running on Blogged.com? I want to create a directory that allows people to add reviews as well as an editor review. Is there a software that does this or would I have to hire a programmer?

    I guess it would be better to get it coded by a freelance programmer.

    There isn't yet a script based on blogged, indeed you need someone to create it for you!
