I d stick with | i think they look better for one, so thats aesthetically better seo wise i dont think either of them matter.
They are both fundamentally pointless characters in your title attribute, but I have used a post(|) in my attributes for a while. I just like the way it looks. company name-services provided is not bad either. hope that helps, Nigel
I still prefer | to titles. According to saversites, it is the best separator for titles. And to add up, it gives beauty and cleanliness to your title.
I actually use forward slashes. So for example: Mysite / about Mysite / contact I like how it looks, but that's just my opinion. Better for SEO? I don't think it really matters, it's just one character.
While there is no seo implication, Yahoo decodes » as a quotation mark ("). Google and MSN no problem.
I use a dash sometimes. As far as SEO is concerned it is irrelevant. The title often appears in the search engine title. I would suggest using a sentence containing your main keyword. Now gimme a kiss.
Is there any difference if you use |, "-", or -, in separating the titles? Don't you think using dash - is much cleaner than using |?
