Custom Content Investment Site $2+ / day

I made this thread because I had people interested in this site when I posted it on a WTB thread that someone else made.

Up for sale is a 100% unique written investment content site.

The URL is www. the investment book .com (no spaces).

The site made about $3 to $4 a day but that has dropped to $2 a day.

The revenue is:

Also notice that the fill rate is only 50%, that means you have the other 50% of the traffic to put in whatever code you want and earn (adsense, adbrite, etc).

I dont have stats on the site, but the traffic comes from word of mouth, posts on investment forums (like HYIP forums, stock forums, investment forums, etc) there was 2 blog posts done and then of course little, but some SEO.

I used to be more active on getting the word out (posting, etc), but with new projects I really dont have the time.

Starting bid is $150 because of the rev and custom content.

Really Really hard to believe its making $2 a day with adbrite with 22,000,000 alexa.

 

The site is 1 1/2 month old. Alexa wouldnt go in that quick. Also alexa means nothing, read up on it. It only counts users that use their spyware toolbars.

If you notice there is only a 50% fill rate on the adsdaq (which makes ~$2 a day) so I put the other default as adbrite (which makes like $0.10 because there are not many approved ads on it).
So really if adsdaq would fill 100% of the ads, then it would make ~$4 a day.

 

Thats not true at all. Alexa updates weekly.

Bullshit someone who doesn't know what there talking about. I have many sites under a month old with great alexa wanna see? No alexa = fake site yeah I would think so it sure doesn't get any traffic.

Please look up alexa ranks and how they dont matter at all. Lets say 1 / 500 or even 1 / 1000 people that view my site have the spyware alexa toolbar, terrible alexa rank. I dont know 1 person (friends or family) that has a alexa toolbar, I guess they shouldnt count towards the traffic?

Just look up on these forums on how alexa is BS. Please. For everyones sake.

Plus I have a site that gets 5 to 10k uniques a day and its alexa is 300,000, where I had another site with 3k uniques daily at 40,000 alexa rank.

 

Enhanced alexa for a new website is BS.

22,000,000 alexa is a fake site.

 

While Alexa isn't completely accurate, a newbie webmaster misconception is that it's wholly useless. In fact, they changed their algorithm to include users that didn't just use their bars.

Get your facts straight before you go about bashing a service.

are u making money on adsense? do you accept paypal? if you are not making moeny on adsense, can u put adsense on and see the results?

 

Hey, I dont have a adsense account, but could I use bidveritiser? I can post daily revenue stats if you need me to. I could just put bidv. in the other 50% that is not filled by adsdaq.

Stealer, I see what your saying... But I dont scam as you should see from my feedback.

I will include a guide on how to keep the revenue going for the buyer. It will tell what I do to get traffic to the site.
