No, 2012 will not be the end of the internet... On history channel i believe, they said that there was supposed to be some comet or meteor that would hit Earth on some day in december of 2012. So if the meteor does hit, it would be the end of not only the internet but alot of life on earth. I'm sure the geeks at nasa are going to find a way to deflect the thing before it hits though. Also...

If a member of the elite family of 13 decided they want no internet, martial law would be applied and in time the net would slowly be taken away. It wouldn't really be taken, as they would convince us to slowly bit by bit give it away. Understand what I'm getting at? Heres another scenario for martial law: Major security breaches (9/11 & 7/7) -> Makes us feel insecure -> False war on terror -> Slowly remove our rights and liberties (search under terrorism etc) -> Martial law

All these people just do is to create a buzz and drive traffic to their site. I don't think internet will end unless of course you are saying something is going to happen to the world. Nobody can predict that.

I ran across this site a few months ago that basically preached the end of the world in 2012. So I started searching the net and found tons of folks believe this. There is even an entry on Wikipedia... What do you guys think about this? I think it's kind of silly myself.
I think that with the way things are going, those who don't believe in Christ may be in trouble in the near future..
