you cannot add a bank acct if you`re not from USA

 

ive added my bank account and im from the UK.

But as always the UK rocks

 

they limited my account and told me to add a bank account... I live in Dubai

 

Well i added for over two yaers my bank account to the paypal account, no problem at all. But i am in Belgium. Maybe just email PayPal to find u-out they are just one email or phone call away.

Paypal allowed Indian account holders to receive funds in their bank accounts last year. Since then I m using this service. Please check paypal help to find out whether they allow adding a bank account in ur country or not.

 

PayPal Customer Service can surely solve your problem.

 

you can always add account from country where you are based (of course if paypal support it) and US bank account

 

US banks can be used to fund paypal but indian bank account is only for avoiding limited account and withdrawal of funds but can not transfer to paypal

 

That's simply NOT TRUE. Get your facts right before making such statements...

 

Not sure about Dubai but have been able to add bank accounts to my Paypal accounts in HK and China.

Did you register with a Dubai address? If so just log into your Paypal account and in your profile click on Add a Bank account. You will find the options available for your location.

 

See, you can add Bank Accounts even if you are not from US. Just like I added my Indian Debt Card (CitiBank) !!

And I was able to successfully withdraw the amount too.. Jus go to add or edit Bank accounts on the main page of PP. And the option is Profile, its just right below the Auctions from the main tabs. And put in the Bank account number, name and few other details. And you are done. But you gotta wait for few days prolly before its added I guess...

 

You can go to paypal website and see if your bank is listed there so if your bank is listed there then you can add it easily ok

 

If you're not in the US but you have a US bank account, you can add that bank acct to paypal to remove the limitation and to fund your paypal acct.

If you don't have a US bank acct but you live in a country where paypal already supports local bank withdrawals, then you can add that bank acct for your withdrawals only. not for funding.

Moreover, adding your local bank account (for withdrawals) also does not remove the limitation. Only a US bank that accepts microdeposits can do that for you. Your other options are of course credit cards and some debit cards accepted by paypal.
