PSD to HTML/CSS tableless code

    Hi there.
    I´m looking for someone who can code a one-page psd in HTML/CSS tableless, cross browser compatible.

    The psd also comes with an extra icon control panel which has to be coded the same way and added in the same CSS.

    I need this job done in 24 hs.
    If you think you can do it then write back to me.

    I previously gave this work to a coder 2 days ago and he said today he cant do it so I´m running out of time.
