You need a freelance programmers who will code your website for free and on top of that invest $150 , I do not think anybody would be interested.
It wont be for free, we will reward them with 25% of the business and 45% of the equity, and even when you dont do any work some months, we will still pay you
That really doesn't appeal to most people. Even if I take my time and code it now, and in a month it turns around and makes $100k, I'm still out quite a bit of money this month and there are no direct benefits of doing it. 90% of the people who are "looking for a partner" or someone to do revenue sharing go under and the coder is left on his ass.
The coder is left on his ass because the company/partners don't have any money to pay them back. I have the capital, so that if this project falls flat on its face, I can pay the designers and coders back! The reason we do it on a profit share basis is to make sure the coder does not take the money and run after a few projects, and leave the business partners on their ass
Why not just get a contract and work with a reputable business then? If you work with someone who has a positive track record, then why would you be worried about them running? If it's guaranteed repeat business and you're still paying, I don't see any reason not to complete the task?
I am sorry, but investing time into a questionable start-up and investing my money too? Something does not sit right about this concept, no matter how you justify it. For all we know, you could just need to pay your cable bill, Sir. We usually call this a pyramid scheme.
Exactly. If someone is paying me to code, I'll code! I don't see why people would "run" they are just losing out on work? At the end of the day I'm a full-time freelancer so running is just shooting myself in the foot. Long lasting business relationships are the best.
