Torrent Website Setup?

I own the domain www . Quality Torrent . com and am looking to make it into a torrent linking website.

However what is the best way to set something like this up?

Any ideas or comments are welcome!

Torrent site scripts are pretty easy to find, the difficulty in setting up a torrent site is the copyright infringement issue. You will probably need to host it on a server on a rubber dinghy in international waters where American copyright laws do not apply. Or Sweden.
