I quit 3 months ago, but am chewing nicorette (which is about as harmful as the caffeine in coffee). The gum really helped with me, because it satisfies the oral addiction of smoking, while also taking off the edge of nicotine withdrawl. I hardly think about smoking anymore. The gum is enough for me. My doctor said I could chew the gum the rest of my life if that's what is needed to never smoke again, because the gum is not harmful to your health. I feel much better not inhaling those toxic chemicals anymore.
It is bad habit.... I do not like smoking..... and if you do then leave smoking.... it is injurious to health also....
Used to, gave them up. Still have moments of weakness though, generally when I've had a bit to drink, but I've found that if I don't smoke when I'm out for the night, I don't feel bad in the morning. Cigarettes cause hangovers, now where's my Nobel Prize?
me too. I always think of quiting when smoking. And I never think of quiting when I am not smoking. hmm.. does it make any sense
Non smoker here. I say to each his own but if you want to slowly kill yourself, do it on your own and don't take down those around you
