Just a guess, but I would say around 7.5%. I make a lot of my money through freelance website, and selling text links on my websites.

I agree. AdSense for instance, in the TOS could pull the plug at any moment, for just about any reason.

I'm at about 30% right now. While I don't want to totally depend on adsense, if I could get it up a little higher, it would free me up from some other tasks, and give me more time for the things I enjoy, such as continuing to make my php link directory software better.

    ZERO :(

I just cleared my first month, and I STILL haven't GOTTEN any $$ from adsense.

I've racked up $33.48 in click revenue in my first month, which I'm not complaining about of course, but as you all know you have to have like $50-$100 or something like that before you get a check.

However at the current rate of improvement in my sites traffic and CTR I should be able to capture a Google check in another month or 2 at the most.

Difficult question really. Almost %100 of my income is web related (well internet anyway) being a general internet consultant.
At the moment, actual earning directly from websites is almost %100 adsense. I'm starting to see some traffic to some of my affiliate sites, but they're less than a month old - so still being crawled by G and still sandboxed.
Of my 8 sites, 5 are still so new they've hardly even registered on MSN never mind G.

    Jayson,
That's not a bad start. I see some ads that are stock Adsense colors which is one of the worst performing color sets. I'd blend the colors of the ad on the church web development site. I'd match the ad's background and border to the site's background color. I'd also work in the bigger square ad.

I've made $55.41 in these first eleven days that i have had adsense running on my website. I'm pretty pleased with that, considering the fact that some people claim to make about a millionth of a cent per year!

Was around 5% of my total revenue just a few months ago, I've been focusing heavily on increasing it and now it's up around 20%. I'm about half-way to my goal I set for myself with Adsense revenue. Then I can focus on my other goals. :)

What would you say is the best way to increase revenue from AdSense? Getting more traffic or trying to expand content and ads?

    Thank you

Expand content, that will get you more traffic (and revenue).

(Disclaimer: If your ad placement sucks, fixing it is a quick win.)

A bit of both will likely do it. Adding more content, generally may lead to more traffic.

Ultimately I think once you get something set, don't screw with it (if it works). Why squeeze blood out of a turnip if you have a consistent flow of revenue. While it might be modest, it is consistent. Change it, you might find the revenue going in the opposite direction.
