    And lots of negative …..

Do you show me any positive of Cigarette ?

It is a nasty habit. I not only do not smoke them, I try to avoid those who do.

Nope, I think smoking is a horrible habit to even get hooked onto. Why throw your life away and become broke quicker? Not worth the cost of cigarettes especially with cost of gas soaring high.

Yes.. six months back, i used to smoke. I've started for fun with friends and continued for almost 9 years. But, from one fine day I gave up suddenly realizing my health issues. I had struggled for 2 days for not having cigarette, but I controlled myself with a hard decision. Now, I am happy enough without smoking. I can now ask people not to smoke also :D

Do you smoke?? Stop it from now onwards...

I thinking the idea of smoking being "addictive" is all in the head...I use to smoke and stopped even faster than I started cold turkey. Smoking just stinks up your clothes, car and every place in your home. Its gross.

I gave up just 25 days ago, after 17 years of smoking. And I have to admit, it was not as difficult as I expected. All I felt during the early phase was a bit weird, as if incomplete. That's it. I now feel perfectly fine, enduring no urges whatsoever. I am therefore quite pleased with myself.

    For anyone who wants to quit, here's a tip . . .

Before giving up, train yourself to hate cigarettes. Do this by concentrating on all the negative aspects of smoking. For example, see every lug of smoke entering your lungs as a poisonous fume; ponder the taste of the nasty stuff that you cough up in the mornings; concentrate on the weak and pathetic state of your lungs; acknowledge the stink on your fingers, clothes and breath; picture all the sick tar accumulated in your lungs; imagine all the damage your body has endured over the years; and even browse online pictures of deaths and ailments borne of the disgusting habit of smoking. Do these things and you will very soon find yourself feeling very reluctant to smoke. Every time you light up, you will feel stupid, disgusted and disappointed in yourself. Thereafter, the resolve to completely quit will come quite easily. That's how I did it and it's worked very well.

Actually, and very unfortunately, it's a physiological fact. The body really does grow to depend on nicotine to relax, as the brain itself stops releasing the natural chemicals for relaxation. Once addicted, you cannot relax without a cigarette, which is why giving up can prove very stressful.

I never had that issue at all. I just did it because as being young and seeing others doing it was it.

"Do you take cigarette?" doesn't make sense. The main positive of cigarettes is they provide happiness for the customers, and i guess they provide employment etc.
