    lul, it got three answers;
    1. Egg (science!)
    2. Chicken (f.ex: 'chicken' came before 'egg' in that sentence :p)
    3. Both at the same time (that egg is a chicken in a somewhat undeveloped way).

    It just depends on how you make up the question and what answer you're expecting.

    Well you can read all about Raising Chickens on my blog. ;)

    The answer is the chicken came first because eggs are not always fertile so they would not have came first.
