You cannot do that. Payoneer does not permit loading their card with Paypal funds. You can only load it with a credit card or via ACH if you are in the US.

Your ID suggest that you are from India. Well if you are from India then you can't do anything to uplode your funds.

Let me correct if I am wrong.

The Paypal Debit Card is only for US residents and it is not something which the rest of the world have access to.

The only way I know of to load paypal funds onto is a checking/savings account.

I am outside UK or USA , In my country there is no provision of paypal fund withdraw directly. So I was using other indirect methods to withdraw funds. So I also want use debit cards to withdraw paypal funds if possible. Are there any other methods to withdraw paypal funds ?

If you signed up from a country which supports Receiving Paypal funds, there is always an option to withdraw payments from. However if you not from a Paypal Supported Country which supports Receiving funds then there is no option for withdrawal since you are not even permitted to receive funds and thus no need to require what you cannot have.

Are you physically in a country which allows receiving paypal funds or did you signed up by pretending to be from another country which supports receiving funds ?

Ah, so technically you are not allowed to receive money and thus no need to withdraw. I guess the only option is to get a Credit Card/Bank Account in the country you claim to be from.
