If more People get into same niche will the CPC Increase ?

    If more People get into same niche will the CPC Increase ?


    Logically i guess thats correct but how true is from adsense point of view

    If more publisher go into a niche then the CPC will decrease, if more advertisers go into a niche then the CPC will increase (in theory, since more advertisers mean they have to pay more to get clicks etc.)

    If there are more advertisers, they will create a competition, a bidding war, and the publishers will see their CPC increase. If there are more publishers, chances are it will cost the advertisers less to be located on one of their sites, so the CPC should decrease or stay about the same.
