Like him or not, we could not deny that he made us think about the society we live in. If God had intended us not to masturbate he would've made our arms shorter. - George Carlin

Yeah, I know who your talking about. Yup... In all serious I've never heard his name ever. Poor fella.
The guy was a class act. Funny as hell, quick on his feet and extremely intelligent. I was saddened not only by his death, but the fact that his last HBO special was so off track from the old Carlin it wreaked of either age or and agenda. I love him in "Bill and Ted's..." and the other movie rolls he was in. Saw him for the first time as a kid a LONG time ago. It was one of the first "bad" things my dad and I watched together. It was kinda cool getting to see Carlin as a kid with my dad. It was like I had grown up enough to be able to see the "adult" stuff. Hell, if mom knew, she never would have approved. Love him or hate him, he was a true innovator. A real artist who truly honed his craft. He's a rare comedian in that regard. Ironically he was arrested not far from here at Summer Fest for his 7 words. Still love belting those out like he used to. He'll be missed!
