Thanks for that redgsr, you are correct, the main page and all 5 articles are indexed in Google and the domain is 5 years old. Where did you get your information from inet?

@trapp20- I am not the original owner of the domain, I purchased it from someone else, but I am the original owner of the website and as stated above all the content on the site is unique.

 

I don't see an ending date in the auction, and I can't stand auctions that last for days upon days....

I'll open with $50, offer good for 48 hrs.

Do you have any visitors/earnings stats that you can PM or upload somewhere?

 

I'm not too big on auctions so I'd just prefer if you guys made genuine offers that I could accept or decline right away. I'm hoping to let this go for close to BIN, I recently sold a site similar to this for about the same price so I won't be accepting offers as low as $50.

I'll bid $60... for a site with no traffic/revenve I think the BIN price is a bit too high...

 

The value is in the domain, the content and also the potential. If you are able to drive decent traffic to the site, because of the high CTR template and the very high paying keywords, you should be able to bring in a very decent sum of money each day. Also, to the buyer, I will give free Yahoo! Search Marketing vouchers which will help with traffic tremendously.
