b/c you're part turtle do you work the legs like once a week? mine are that big but not as well defined. I have never really worked on them (ever) partially being as large as they are. Could always use the tone though!

Not sure what my max is at the current moment, but normally I usually start out with 315, and I pyramid up from there. I used to be able to rep out 5 plates on each side back in the day lol.
