PHP Hot or Not Script

Does anyone know of any free Hot or Not style scripts? The only ones I can find are commercial.

 

A quick look at hotscripts shows some for $25 but no free ones

It needs the voting functionality and the ability to let users upload their own photos. It's not going to be for people, just fornicating dogs, so the "click here to meet me" stuff is not needed.

I'm sure there must be a good free script out there, but I can't find one.
