if we move to change the company?they will ask first quest is why r u looking for change?but normal answers they did'nt satisfied.

I admire people not of native tongue to English who make an effort with grammar especially - like yourself

Regarding the original post, I can't think what you could possibly be talking about.

 

I tried translating it. Here is what I got.

If we go to interview of another company they will ask why are you looking for a change of job from the previous one. I gave the normal answers but they were not satisfied.

"plz main reason to reply to me." - The hard part, I think it means that he wants us to help him out with a reason that will satisfy his new employers.

Good work Chenna, I can see that you are not a native English speaker but you have made a good attempt (Rep added). Why don't you give them the real reason?
