Yes it is Bulgaria...I think that the speedtest server is on my ISPs network and I use the LAN connection to it

Can anyone tell me the reason for higher speed? Why they offer too much?

Bulgeria, Sweden, and a few other countries have been the leaders of the transfer of data via the internet. Thet wanted to be the fastest and now they are.
