    there is one that i know but its just for youtube.. im looking for something like vidtomp3.com too

    here is the other one http://www.soybe.com/ its not just to convert to mp3 tho

    This is the one for YouTube m8 http://www.soybe.com/ this is the demo and you have the (buy script) in the navigation at top right there..

    This will allow you to download YouTube videos as

    Video for Windows (xvid .avi)
    Video for MAC (.mov)
    Video for iPod (.mp4)
    Misc. Video (.mpeg)
    Audio only (.mp3)

    Let me know how it works I want to buy it too but im waiting for my site to be done first :eek:
