Good Backlinks - Links coming from established sites in your niche Firstly, look for sites related to your site. Then either buy the link or request them to do link exchange [ usually get a NO or no reply ]. Else, create some good content and hopefully, sites will link to you. You can use forums for links as well but these will not be of high value. You may consider doing Link Exchange if you're low on budget - check out the 'Link Exchange' section Else, buy some good ones - check out the 'Link Sales' section
there are plenty of links being sold under Buy/Sale/Trade forum here. take a look around and find some good ones
Adsense wouldn't give you any backlinks it is just a advertisers. For back links you may want to start promoting your site, through press release, blog posts, directories submissions and so on.
You can always get it provided you have extra bucks to spend on it ..or else go in for good content... Content is the king!!
