Do you recommend any ePassporte fund exchanger?

    Hello,

I have some funds in my epass account which I'd like to exchange for MoneyBookers or PayPal. Do you recommend any service?

I know it's not allowed to exchange funds in here and I am not trying to do that. I am asking for recommendations of third party services.

I don't have their credit card and it will take months to reach me as they ship it via regular mail! I am looking for a quick solution ATM.
    Wire transfers need $1000 min.

There exists NO service like what you search because nor PP nor MB allow currency exchanges. The only service I know which exchanges Epassporte to any other currency is www.trainexservice.com. Maybe they can help you in any way with your needs.

I've just checked their site out. They say 24 hour support but all their ICQ staff is offline! Has anyone tried them before? Are they reliable?

I used them some time ago, yes! And everything was fine. They exist for "some time" now too so I think everything is fine. But I wouldn´t guarantee for anything.

If you have not applied for their physical debit card, how do you know that it would take months to arrive ? Besides even if it does takes months to arrive, it is only a one time thing until the next issue of the cards. That way you can officially withdraw from the account anytime you want.
