I have only gotten a few dumbbells and no free weights from good will and the dumbbells were not a complete set. I think the set went from 2 to 25lbs and the cost was 5 dollars. I have bought literally 200 aerobic DVDs tapes from goodwill, Yoga, Tae Bo, swissballs to hip hop abs from goodwill. You gotta keep the cardio interesting.
When I was young I did alot of running but now I like doing aerobics to cut weight. I still do sprints and weighted sled pulls.
Skipping is the best if you have little time. and i search skipping after you mentioned it and found this hot babe, thx dude http://www.lyenwong.de/pix/swf_galleries/swimsuit/model_swim.html
just ate a really bad meal.. 1.5 pounds of ground beef + cheese + ham (all meat lasagna)...and i can't workout tonight...
Blahhh skipping is boring period. And even then skipping in a public place will make people question your sexuality. For the guys anyway. lol
if you do it like them http://media.crossfit.com/cf-video/CrossFit_DoubleUnders2.wmv http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MD3uicAYtdw&feature=related i don't think anyone will question your sexuality
Some people can cut excess fat just by weight lifting and proper diet no doubt. Circuit weight training with high reps with no break is great for endurance. Weights are great but to really build your endurance some form of cardio needed. Basketball is also a great form of cardio. If you have a high metabolism and do not want to cut weight you can swim laps to build lung capacities. Distant bike riding is also one of the best methods for building endurance. Tom Platz would do a “Grim†style 3 to 5 hour leg workout and literally have to crawl out of the gym then bike for 45 minutes to 2 hours to fatigue his muscle and try to lower his heart rate. Do what is best for you.
While I've been bodybuilding, I've managed to double my BMR and my metabolic rate is rocketing. I think doing exercise should be a part of every ones life. I was shocked when I found out that in the UK Government's RDA protein is only 50g!!! I do that per meal.
I do more than that per meal on many occasions Those who do not lift heavy weights do not need nearly as much protein as those who do.
