Looking for torrent Seeders, $0.20/seed - Quick n Easy

Looking for somebody familiar with torrents and torrent sites to upload and seed a small (legal/non-pirated/non-malicious) file on various trackers.

I will pay $0.20 for each time you seed a file (minimum of 24 hours) and will also pay $0.03 for the total amount of people seeding each file. 100 people seed the file, I pay $0.20 plus $0.03 x 100 = $3.20 - Simple as that.

The more people who download/seed the more you make, so you can be as creative as you want to try an maximize those numbers. The file is super small.
