What happens when a customer asks for a refund?

Does clickbank go into my account and take out the money I earned for a commission? Or is that the publisher's problem?

When the customer asks for a refund, a marvelous thing happens and money just appears in his credit card again. Oh, yes, ClickBank takes away this money from the publisher and the affiliate. They can't just give money to you and the customer.

If there's a refund it's as if the commission never happened. The money is taken back from the publisher & the affiliate and given back to the customer.

This why Clickbank keeps an "allowance" hold on some money in your account - to cover possible refunds.

 

I think this question is answered the bottom line is this: refund means no one, vendor or affiliate will make any money - the customer will have the amount paid refunded back
